Incorporating recently received feedback, Firms are advised the changes described in CH Adv 26-053 and additionally described in Clearing Advisory Group (CAG) meetings will no longer enter production on February 28th as described in this advisory.

The changes as listed will enter production on March 7th instead (postponed by one week) with the first report carrying the changes being the reports beginning Monday 9th.
