Please be advised that in addition to entity data requirements necessary for registrants to provide for the reporting of swap data to the CFTC as outlined in advisory 22-364, additional entity data may be required to satisfy regulatory reporting requirements in non-US jurisdictions. Each OTC Clearing Member shall provide such information, upon request from CME Clearing, for all affiliates or for customers for which it clears.
