Upgrade of CME ACER XML Service Files to Version 3 Format - Effective September 11, 2023

This advisory is in regards to the European Union’s Agency for Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) previously announced changes to report formatting for XML reports in compliance with the Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT).

Please be advised that in compliance with this format change, the XML reports generated by CME for users of the CME ACER XML service will cease to be in REMITTable1_V2 format, and instead will be upgraded to REMITTable1_V3 format, starting in Production with reportable activity for trade date 11 September 2023.

Testing of the new REMITTable1_V3 formatting will be available in the New Release environment starting 23 August 2023.
