Swap Data Repository “Alpha” Exits of CME-Cleared Trades Reminder

CME Clearing reminds all OTC Clearing Members and Submission Platforms that for CME Clearing to successfully and efficiently terminate alpha swaps at the Original Swap swap data repository (“SDR”) in accordance with CFTC Regulation 45.4(b), the swaps submitted to CME Clearing and the alpha swap reports to the Original Swap SDR by its OTC Clearing Members must have consistent data elements, including but not limited to counterparty, trade identifier and Original Swap SDR information.
