    • Please be advised that, effective Monday, October 1, 2018, CME Clearing will no longer send the Aggressor Indicator (AgrsrInd) on all ClearPort trades messages and subsequent allocation groups/allocation messages. Currently, CME Clearing includes the indicator FIXML Tag on all ClearPort trade and subsequent allocation messages, regardless if the indicator was specified or not when the trade was entered in CME Direct/ClearPort. With this change, the Aggressor Indicator will be included on messaging to clearing firms only when it’s specified in CME Direct/ClearPort when the trade is submitted.
