    • As part of decommissioning legacy FEC, CME will migrate Transfers to FECPlus.  The Production date for this migration has changed and is now scheduled for Monday, October 24, 2016.

      Testing dates have also been moved.  The update will be available in the New Release testing environment starting Thursday, September 1, 2016.
