      Critical Information

      New Release Source IP Historical Replay Update

      Effective close of business Friday, August 14, CME Group will change source IPs MDP for TCP historical replay as follows:

      New - 2023 Annual Disclosure Notice

      The 2023 Annual Disclosure Notice for Participants of BrokerTec Americas LLC (BTEC)  is now available on the BrokerTec Support Portal.

      New - Now Available: CME Reference Data API Version 3

      Clients now have access to CME Group's newest version of CME Reference Data API, named CME Reference Data API version 3 (RD APIv3), hosted on Google Cloud (GC).

      Clients should review the Client Impact Assessment for timelines and details of these changes.

      • Beginning on Saturday, September 30, RD APIv2 will be deprecated and no further enhancements will be made.
      • RD APIv2 will be decommissioned on Friday, October 27.

      CME Group recommends customers should migrate to CME RD APIv3 as soon as possible.

      These changes are currently available in Production and for customer testing in New Release.

      New - Internal Testing Reminder

      As a reminder, CME Group internal testing in the Production environment can occur during the weekend. Any trades or market data generated during these tests should be disregarded.

      Clients can connect to CME Globex services beginning at 10:30 a.m. Central Time (CT) Sundays to prepare for weekly start-up. Clients should ensure all services are disconnected by 5:00 p.m. CT Fridays to avoid receiving internal test data.

      CME Group Trading and Clearing Hours are also available on the CME Group website.

      Now Available: Historical Product Referential Data in Google Cloud BigQuery

      Clients now have access to historical product and instrument referential data in Google Cloud BigQuery, via the CME Group Reference Data Warehouse. 

      Reference Data Warehouse provides clients with a view into the historical CME Group product and instrument libraries. Details for all CME Group venues and the CME Clearing House are included with deep and robust relational information.

      Manage BrokerTec Notices in Subscription Center

      Please be aware that customers can now subscribe to and manage email preferences for the ‘BrokerTec Markets on CME Globex Update’ notices via the Subscription Center, a self-serve online resource for managing email communications from CME Group. A CME Group Login is required to access the Subscription Center. Current recipients of the bi-weekly ‘BrokerTec Markets on CME Globex Update’ require no action to continue receiving these notices.

      The ‘BrokerTec Markets on CME Globex Update’ is currently sent bi-weekly at 9 a.m. Central Time (CT) Thursdays and includes critical information, announcements, and resources required for customers to support BrokerTec markets on CME Globex.
