CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited (CBA) has implemented a tiered oversight committee framework, known as the Oversight Function), which covers the index families administered by CBA.
The purpose of the Oversight Function is to review the accuracy, representativeness, reliability and integrity of benchmarks administered by CBA by providing independent oversight and challenge to the Administrator.
The Oversight Function consists of two types of oversight committees: a BMR Joint Oversight Committee (JOC) and Product Advisory Committees (PACs).
