Among top foreign holders of U.S. Treasuries (long and short-term), Japanese accounts cut their holdings by $37.5 billion to $1,150.3 billion in April from $1,187.8 billion in March. Chinese accounts raised their holdings by $3.3 billion to $770.7 billion in April from $767.4 billion in March.
