Euro currency futures rallied off multi-month lows, climbing to 1.1260 as declining rate hike expectations weighed on the U.S. dollar. Probability of an October rate hike fell below 20%, easing pressure on foreign currencies. Despite the rebound and a drop in Euro CVOL, speculative positioning showed traders holding their largest net short position in Euro futures since early August.
