Gold futures plunged $100 Friday, down nearly 3%, marking three losses in the last four sessions and pushing toward May’s lows. Rising yields and progress in U.S.-China trade talks fueled equity gains and drained safe haven demand. Gold now trades near the low end of its one-month range. Dan Deming has more.
