It is important for you as a future member of our team to understand our expectations and commitment to ethical standards.

In anticipation of your start date, we wanted to make available to you copies of our key compliance policies. You should review these policies prior to starting work for CME Group and you are required to print and bring with you the certification included below regarding your receipt and understanding of these policies, as well as a signed copy of the Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Policy.

    • CME Group Code of Conduct

    • A statement of our commitment to integrity and high ethical standards in all that we do. It includes our policies on conflicts of interests, gifts and entertainment, preserving confidentiality, and treating others with respect. You will also be assigned an online educational course to complete.

    • U.S. Employee Handbook

    • Provides an overview of CME Group's employment policies and procedures for its U.S. employees, including its equal opportunity and anti-discrimination policy, its work rules and standards and employee privacy.

    • Confidentiality Policy

    • Sets forth CME Group’s standards for safeguarding its proprietary and confidential information, including appropriate classifications and security measures and the restrictions on the use of information collected for regulatory reasons.

    • Confidentiality Policy FAQ

    • To help you better understand your obligations under the Confidentiality Policy, we have provided the attached questions and answers. This information is only intended to be a general summary of the Confidentiality Policy. We encourage you to review the Policy for specific requirements.

    • Global Securities and Derivatives Trading Policy

    • Sets forth the Company’s policies relating to trading in CME Group stock to ensure compliance with applicable insider trading and market abuse laws as well as restrictions on participating in CME Group markets or owning exchange memberships.

    • Employee Certification

    • Please print this certification and bring it with you on your start date to acknowledge your review, understanding and agreement to abide by the terms of the Code of Conduct and these related policies.

    • Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Policy

    • Upon Joining CME Group, you must agree to this Confidentiality and IP Policy which sets forth your obligations to maintain our confidential information and that during your service you will disclose and assign to CME Group any Invention as described in the Policy. Please print and bring a signed copy with you on your start date.
