A council composed of members of our Management Team and colleagues from across the company meets regularly to support our commitment to cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

Our ERGs, which are open to all employees globally, play a crucial role in advancing our employee experience and fostering an inclusive culture. These employee-led groups bring colleagues together to embrace the exchange of ideas that is so critical to our continued growth and success.

CAN supports educational efforts focused on Asian culture and heritage, and the role that Asia-Pacific plays in our global business.
