Data transfer forms

These cross border data transfer forms are a part of the Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") executed between CME Group, as a customer, and a third-party service provider for the applicable services agreement negotiated between the parties. These forms are not applicable to any other party, including customers or to any scenario or scope other than third-party service providers of CME Group.
