To file a complaint or self-report an incident through the CME Group website, please go to the complaint or self-report link and fill in the required fields.  Please include as much information as possible to assist Market Regulation in its review of the complaint or self-report. As with all complaints and self-reports of rule violations provided to the Market Regulation Department, the information obtained through the web-based links is confidential and will not be disclosed except as necessary to further an Exchange investigation or as required by law pursuant to the requirements of each Exchanges’ Rule 407 (“Investigation, Assignment for Hearing and Notice of Charges”).
