• CME Account Manager Notices: CME Group Account Management Services Launch

    • Effective Sunday, October 21 (trade date Monday, October 22), CME Group is launching a brand new CME Group Account Management Services (AMS) user interface. AMS supports account creation and account credit control settings, among other features.

      Please Note:

      • AMS will available directly from the Portfolio and Risk menu in the CME Customer Center.
      • Current Account Management functionality will continue to be temporarily available within CME Account Manager.
      • Existing users of account management functions in CME Account Manager will automatically be permissioned for the new AMS UI.

      Users must visit the following URLs to add the new AMS UI to your CME Customer Center Portfolio and Risk menu:

      Testing in New Release, starting on Wednesday, September 26, is highly encouraged to gain familiarity with the new interface.
