A valid CME Group Login is required to access applications and services. CME Group Login is a self-managed, centralized user profile service that authenticates access to CME Group applications and services.
Available applications and services are determined by assigned user entitlements.

Prior to logging in and operating application features, ensure the following is completed:
- A firm officer has signed the CME Customer Center Self Service Agreement.
- CME Customer Center access has been authorized.
CME Group Login user ID and profile has been created.
- To complete setup, some applications require generation of a token.
The CME Group Login ID and token is provided to your firm administrator to complete application setup.
CME Group or you application administrator will never ask for your password.
CME Group recommends using a recent version of supported browsers to use applications.
- Got to https://www.cmegroup.com, select the User () icon, then select CME Customer Center.
- Enter your User ID and password, then select Log In.
Two-Factor Authentication: To access CME Group applications from a new device, browser or when cache is cleared, a secondary security code verification is required. Customers without a mobile phone or reliable mobile service can--at registration or profile update and elect to receive a voice code to their primary phone number (US phone numbers only).
- Authenticate your ID, using one of two methods:
- Authenticate via Duo: Duo is the authentication service used by CME Group to provide secondary user identity verification to access applications and services.
To install and register for Duo, review the CME Group Login instructions.
- Two factor Short Message Service (SMS) verification: A text message with a code will be sent to your mobile device or receive a voice code on your primary phone number.
- Enter Security Code, specify whether this access is from a public / sharedAt the next login, from this computer and browser, an authentication code will be sent to the registered phone number and must be entered before accessing CME Group applications. or personal Upon entering the security code, the additional authentication step is not required until browser cache is cleared or customers login is on a new device or browser. computer, then select Continue.
- Register a new CME Group Login.
- Receive a User ID reminder by email for forgotten User ID.
- Reset a forgotten password.
- Account Lock - Login can be attempted up to five times before an account is locked. If an account is locked it will be unlocked automatically after three hours or to unlock the password, without requiring a password change, contact EASE.
