CME Globex Customer Agreements


Access, Connection and Development

Customers, clearing firms and channel partners must complete specific agreements in order to gain access to the CME Globex electronic trading platform for trading, data and developing platform interfaces. These agreements can be completed manually or electronically. Each form includes information regarding where it should be sent.


Agreements

Schedule 1 - Customer Connection Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions for customers who wish to trade on the CME Globex electronic trading platform.
Schedule 2 - Access Request and Information Form
Request production connectivity to CME Globex for trading and market data, as detailed in the CME Production Connectivity Guide.
Schedule 3 & 4 - CME EOS User ID and GCC Authorized Contacts Request - U.S.
Request a CME EOS Trader ID and/or register as a GCC authorized contact.
Schedule 3 & 4 - CME EOS User ID and GCC Authorized Contacts Request - CME Europe
Request a CME EOS Trader ID and/or register as a GCC authorized contact.
Schedule 5 - Additions, Deletions and Changes
Make changes to connectivity or interface type.
Schedule 6 - Clearing Firm Guarantee and Acknowledgement
Clearing Firm guarantee for all orders sent via a direct connection; required for all connections.
Schedule 7 - CME Europe Clearing Firm Guarantee & Acknowledgement
Completion of this schedule must be signed by the Executing Firm and their CME Europe eligible CME Europe Clearer. The Clearing Member is requested amongst other things to acknowledge any trading activity and clearing setup for such trading on CME Europe and provide a guarantee for all such activity.
