How to Request an EOS Trader ID and Password
- Complete the “User/Customer Information” on the CME Globex Schedule 3&4 found here
- Forward the partially completed Schedule 3&4 to your Clearing Firm’s Globex Administrator
- Your Clearing Firm Administrator will finalize the form and submit it to the firm’s CME Global Account Manager
An EOS Trader User ID and password will be sent to your Clearing Firm Administrator. The User ID creation process generally takes 2 business days to complete although wait times may be longer in certain situations.
