Notice 571 November 6, 2008 Change of Venue for the Natural Gas Penultimate Swap (NP) to the Globex® Trading Platform Beginning on Sunday evening, November 23, 2008 (for trade date Monday, November 24), the Exchange will change the trading venue for the listed Natural Gas Penultimate Swap (NP) futures contract. This futures contract will be listed on the Globex® trading platform. The Natural Gas Penultimate Swap financial contract, code NP will be financially settled, based on the NYMEX Division natural gas futures contract first nearby settlement price on the next to last trading day for the delivery month. The listed contract months are extended throughout December 2020. The contract is available for trading on the Globex® trading platform from 6:00 PM Sundays through 5:15 PM Fridays, with a 45-minute break each day between 5:15 PM and 6:00 PM. Off-Exchange transactions can be submitted solely for clearing to the NYMEX ClearPort® clearing website as an exchange of futures for swaps (EFS) or exchange of futures for physicals (EFP) transaction until 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday, and the day preceding a holiday.
