Notice 561 November 11, 2008 Amendments to Chapter 90 ("Platinum") and Chapter 111("Copper") in Conjunction with the Launch of the Electronic Delivery System ("EDS") and the new Chapter 7A Metals Rules Chapter 90 ("Platinum") and Chapter 111 ("Copper") are being amended as part of the launch of the Electronic Delivery System ("EDS"). These amendments reflect that these contracts will now be governed by the new Chapter 7A Metals Rules. Chapters 90 and 111 have been redesigned for consistency with the defined terms of Chapter 7A.
