Delaying the Expansion of Listed Months for New Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) CO2 Allowance Futures and Option Contracts
Please be advised that the Exchange is delaying the effective date for the listing of expanded contract months for the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) CO2 Allowance Futures and Options contracts. The new effective dates for the expanded months are November 24, 2008 for the Futures contract and November 25, 2008 for the Options contract. Previously, in Notice # 08-471 the Exchange stated that on Sunday evening, September 28, 2008 (for trade date Monday, September 29, 2008), the Exchange would list December 2010 and December 2011 contract months for its Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) CO2 Allowance Futures contract. Further Notice # 08-471 stated that the Exchange would list December 2010 and December 2011 contract months for its Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) Option contract for trade date Tuesday, September 30, 2008.
