| At its meeting on June 30, 2008, the Board of Directors of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., a subsidiary of NYMEX Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:NMX), discussed and considered the issues raised at the meeting of owners of NYMEX Class A Memberships held on June 19, 2008.
