Large Trader Reporting Requirements for Two New Dubai Mercantile Exchange Financial Contracts
Effective for trade date June 2, 2008, the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (“DME”) is launching two new financially-settled futures contracts, which will be traded on the DME and cleared through NYMEX. Please note below the corresponding reportable levels (Rule 9.34) for the DME Brent Crude Oil Financial and DME Oman Crude Oil Financial contracts.

For the Clearing Members that file reports pursuant to NYMEX Rule 9.33 in a machine-readable format, Exchange commodity codes are provided below.
