| Submission of Palladium and Platinum EFP Transactions |

| Effective Wednesday, May 14, 2008, Members will be permitted to fax documentation of Exchanges of Futures for Physicals (EFP) for Palladium and Platinum on the NYMEX Division to the NYMEX Trade Corrections Area. The Clearing Member EFP trade submission form (copy attached) should be faxed to 212-301-4576.
