Pursuant to a petition request received by the Corporate Secretary, please be advised that a Special meeting of the owners of Class A Memberships of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at 3:00 PM in the Board Room of the Exchange, One North End Avenue, New York City. A Notice to Members describing payment triggers in connection with Bylaw Section 311 (G) ("Class A Member Rights") will be distributed shortly.
