| Delisting of SO2 Back-Month Futures and Options Contracts |

| Beginning on Tuesday evening, March 25 for trade date Wednesday, March 26, 2008, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. will delist SO2 futures and options contract months January 2010 through February 2011. These contract months will be delisted to revise futures contract terms in light of changes in the SO2 compliance program of EPA. These contract months are listed on Globex® and ClearPort® Clearing, and the NYMEX Trading Floor. |
