Listing of Currency Futures on the Colombian Peso on NYMEX ClearPort Trading and Clearing
Beginning on Sunday, February 24, 2008 (for trade date February 25), the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. will list a financially settled Currency Futures Contracts on the Colombian Peso. The follow are contract specifications:

Ticker Symbol: VE

Contract Unit:
The Contract Unit will be the number of Colombian Pesos/U.S. Dollar as determined by Final Settlement Price which shall be set at the value of the Colombian official exchange rate – TRM (also known as the Colombian Peso Index) as published by Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
Monthly Listings:
The NYMEX Colombian Peso Futures Contract will be listed for 24 consecutive contract months beginning with March 2008.
Expiration:
Trading on the expiring contract will end as of the close of NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing and Trading on the third Wednesday of the contract month. In the event that the third Wednesday is a Colombian Banking holiday, expiration will occur on the business day immediately preceding the third Wednesday.

From 6:00 PM Sundays through 5:15 PM Fridays, Eastern Time, with a 45-minute break each day between 5:15 PM and 6:00 PM.

Member: $1.60
Non-Member: $1.80
Cash Settlement: $2.00

Contract Value: $25.00 times TRM Value

Minimum Tick: 0.1 index point or $2.50 contract value
