Listing Seventeen New Petroleum Products Swap Futures Contracts on ClearPort® Clearing and Trading

Beginning on Sunday evening, October 26, 2008 (for trade date Monday, October 27), the Exchange will list seventeen new futures contracts on ClearPort®, including European 1.5% Fuel Oil and various Gasoil 0.1 swap futures contracts. In addition, the Exchange will launch several Balance-of-month (BALMO) swap futures contracts.

These new futures contracts will be cash-settled. The first listed month will be the November 2008 contract month. The Exchange will list up to 48 consecutive months, and up to two months in the Balance-of-month (BALMO) futures contracts. The new contracts are as follows:

These new contracts will be available for clearing and trading until the last business day of the contract month. The chapters containing the terms and condition product specification rules for each of the new futures contracts are available in the Exchange's online rulebook.

These new futures contracts will be listed both on NYMEX ClearPort® Trading (CPT) and on NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing (CPC), beginning with the start of the NYMEX ClearPort® trading session at 6:00 PM (New York time) on Sunday, October 26, 2008. Each of these new futures contracts will be available during the normal trading hours on NYMEX ClearPort® Trading.
