| The Exchange is amending Supplement No. 2, "Licensed Warehouses for Copper" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendment changes the name of El Paso Terminal Warehouses, Inc. to Stagecoach Cartage and Distribution, LP as a result of a change in ownership as of January 1, 2008.
The approved amendment is effective as of October 6, 2008. |
