Postponement of APS Launch
Please be advised that the scheduled implementation of the Average Pricing System (APS) on Sunday June 1, 2008 for trade date Monday, June 2, 2008, has been delayed until a future date. Based upon ongoing customer user readiness and vendor testing schedules, we are required to delay implementation of this system. During this period, the specific implementation of the average price mechanism will be reassessed based on customer feedback and a clearing member advisory panel will be established to refine the system functionality.
