Garda CL Atlantic, Inc – Approved Carrier for Gold, Platinum, and Palladium; Delisting of Coin Devices Corporation as an Exchange Approved Carrier for Gold
The Exchange is amending Supplement No. 4, "Approved Carriers for Gold" of the Gold Futures Contract, Chapter 90, Supplement No. 3, "Official List of Approved Carriers" of the Platinum Futures Contract, and Chapter 100, Supplement No. 3, "Official List of Approved Carriers" of the Palladium Futures Contract. The amendments change the name of AT Systems Atlantic, Inc. to Garda CL Atlantic, Inc. This change is a result of the acquisition of ATI Systems International, Inc., the parent company of AT Systems Atlantic, Inc. by Garda USA, Inc. These amendments also de-list Coin Devices Corporation ("CDC") as an Exchange Approved Carrier for Gold because it no longer provides armored transportation services. These changes will be made effective Monday, May 19, 2008. A copy of the amendments is available here
