Payment Rule Amendments for NYMEX SO2 Emissions Allowance Futures Contract and NYMEX NOx Emissions Allowance Futures Contract

Effective on Sunday March 16, 2008 for trade date Monday, March 17, 2008, the standard delivery payment provisions for the NYMEX SO2 Emissions Allowance futures contract (RS) and NYMEX NOx Emissions Allowance Futures Contract (RN) will require that the standard delivery payment occur between Clearing Members. Currently the standard delivery payments take place between customers.
