Effective for trade date Friday, March 14, 2008, The New York Mercantile Exchange is delisting the following products:

• Banked NYMEX NO X Emissions Allowance Futures Contract (Symbol RO)
• One-Year Forward NYMEX NO X Emissions Allowance Futures Contract (Symbol RP)
• Two-Year Forward NYMEX NO X Emissions Allowance Futures Contract (Symbol RQ)
• Three-Year Forward NYMEX NO X Emissions Allowance Futures Contract (Symbol RR)

The above referenced contracts are currently traded on NYMEX ClearPort ® Trading and cleared on NYMEX ClearPort ® Clearing. The Exchange is de-listing these contracts in anticipation of the new slate of NOx contracts being launched on Sunday evening, March 16, for trade date March 17, 2008 . These new NOx Futures contracts will include Annual NOx 2009, Annual NOx 2010, Annual NOx 2011, Annual NOx 2012, Seasonal NOx 2009, Seasonal NOx 2010, Seasonal NOx 2011, and Seasonal NOx 2012.
