| Beginning on Friday, March 7, 2008, the Exchange will begin trading Brent Crude
Oil – Last Day Futures on the trading floor by open-outcry, simultaneously
with trading of the contract on CME Globex®. Off-exchange transactions can
continue to be submitted for clearing on NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing. The fees are the following:
