Revised Large Trader Reporting Level Requirements for Three Physically-Delivered Energy Futures Contracts
Please note the amendments to Appendix A of Chapter 9 related to the NYMEX Gulf Coast Gasoline Contract, the NYMEX Gulf Coast Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) Contract, and the NYMEX New York Harbor Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) Contract, effective Monday November 5, 2007.
