Listing of COMEX Copper Options on CME Globex
Beginning on Sunday evening, October 14, 2007 (for trade date October 15, 2007), the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. will list for trading, its COMEX Division Copper options on the CME Globex® platform, alongside open-outcry trading on the COMEX trading floor.

The Copper options will trade on CME Globex® with the Globex Product Code of "HXE". The product code will remain as "HX" on the COMEX trading floor, as well as for trade submission to NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing. The Copper option product code for Clearing and Billing will remain as "HX" for trades occurring on all venues, including CME Globex®.

In order to ensure orderly exercise procedures, no expiring option will be accepted for trading after the close of "open outcry trading" for the respective contracts on the COMEX floor on the day of expiration.

A mock trading session for the COMEX Copper Options launch on CME Globex® is scheduled for Saturday, October 6, 2007. Additional details will follow.

Trading Hours:

From 6:00 PM Sundays through 5:15 PM Fridays, Eastern Time, with a 45-minute break each day between 5:15 PM and 6:00 PM.
