Compliance Advisory – Bank Change related to NYMEX Division Rule 6.44A "Financial Obligations of Lessee Floor Brokers and Lessee-Owned Billing Entities"
Please be advised NYMEX is transferring lessee-owned billing entity funds originally deposited at HSBC to the Bank of New York Mellon Corporation related to NYMEX Division Rule 6.44A. Members who have posted funds are not required to take any action. Funds deposited into money market accounts will be transferred to similar-type, interest bearing money market accounts. Likewise, funds deposited as Treasury Bills will be automatically transferred.
