| Copper and Aluminum Warehouse Insurance |

| Upon renewal we are confirming, effective August 1, 2007, the insurance rate for copper on warrant and aluminum on warrant in Exchange Licensed Warehouses is US $0.0175 per US $100 of value at risk. Acts of Terrorism are excluded from coverage under this policy. Attached is a term sheet http://www.nymex.com/media/ntm389_07.pdf , which outlines the salient portions of this policy.
