| ScotiaMocatta Depository – Delisting of 26 Broadway Facility |

| Effective immediately, the ScotiaMocatta Depository vault facility located at 26 Broadway, New York, New York is no longer an approved depository for the storage of gold, silver, platinum and palladium deliverable against the respective Exchange contracts.
In a letter dated May 31, 2007, ScotiaMocatta Depository informed the Exchange that all precious metals inventories had been transferred to its Exchange approved vault facility located at Building C, Suite 120, 230 International Airport Center Blvd., Jamaica, New York.
