Hayes/Dockside Copper Warehouse Delisting
Hayes/Dockside, Inc., an Exchange licensed warehouse for the storage of copper deliverable against the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract with facilities at 7200 North Peters Street, Arabi, Louisiana, and 6025 River Road, Marrero, Louisiana has been severely impacted by Hurricane Katrina and has not been able to recover from the damage. Effective immediately, this warehouse facility will no longer accept copper cathodes to be placed on warrant for delivery against the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract and is delisted from Supplement No. 2 "Licensed Warehouses for Copper".
