These production tests will take place Saturday, June 16, 2007, and Saturday, June 23, 2007, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time, on the NYMEX and COMEX trading floors, or off-site with proper connectivity to CME Globex®.
All interested traders are especially encouraged to participate in the June 16, 2007, test to allow proper time for any necessary registration or software adjustments that must be made before the June 24th (for June 25th Trade Date) launch. These sessions will provide an opportunity to ensure proper connectivity and setup of trading software as well as offer the time to practice in a simulated trading environment.
On-site attendance or off-site availability is mandatory for the June 16 test for all ISVs certified for trading Options on CME Globex®. All Clearing Members who offer Globex® connectivity are reminded to have staff on-site or available off-site, and to have all systems available for production trading.
All Members are reminded that they must connect to the CME Globex platform via a certified Options ISV (or CME EOS Trader) in order to trade, and connectivity must be established before the product test dates.
