Hayes/Dockside Copper Warehouse
Hayes/Dockside, Inc. is an Exchange licensed warehouse approved for the storage of copper deliverable against the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract with facilities at 7200 North Peters Street, Arabi, Louisiana, and 6025 River Road, Marrero, Louisiana. The company informed the Exchange that the facilities were severely impacted by Hurricane Katrina (Notice No. 05-500). The company has not been able to recover and, therefore, effective immediately, is no longer available for the storage of copper. Therefore, Hayes/Dockside, Inc. will be delisted as an Exchange Licensed Warehouse for Copper pending approval by the Exchange Board of Directors and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. There are no copper cathodes stored in this facility.
