| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 1, "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings" of the Aluminum Futures Contract. The approved amendment modifies the names of RUSAL's aluminum smelters to include the company's name "RUSAL" as OJSC RUSAL Bratsk Aluminum Smelter, OJSC RUSAL Bratsk Aluminum Smelter, OJSC RUSAL Krasnoyarsk Aluminum Smelter, OJSC RUSAL Krasnoyarsk Aluminum Smelter, OJSC RUSAL Novokuznetsk Aluminum Smelter, OJSC RUSAL Novokuznetsk Aluminum Smelter, OJSC RUSAL Sayanogorsk Aluminum Smelter, and OJSC RUSAL Sayanogorsk Aluminum Smelter. The brand insignia and smelter location remain unchanged. There is no change in ownership of these aluminum smelters.
