| The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an amendment to Supplement No. 1, "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings" of the Copper Futures Contract. The amendment delists the Pinto, BHP Copper, and BHP Copper/SXEW copper brands produced by BHP Copper, Inc. from the "Official List of Approved Brands and Markings" of the Grade 1 Copper Futures contract.
