The Exchange has complied with regulatory requirements by filing with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission notification of an approved amendment to Supplement No. 1, “Official List of Approved Brands and Markings” of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract. The approved amendment adds the copper brand “QB” produced by Compania Minera Quebrada Blanca S.A. as acceptable for delivery against the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract.

The attached approved amendment to Supplement No. 1, “Official List of Approved Brands and Markings” of the Grade 1 Copper Futures Contract is effective Monday, April 16, 2007.
