| Dual Listing of the NYMEX American Style Crude Oil Options on NYMEX ClearPort® |

| Beginning on Sunday evening, April 15, 2007 (for trade date April 16, 2007), the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. will dually list its American Style Crude Oil Options (LO) for clearing on its NYMEX ClearPort® platform, alongside their continued trading in open-outcry on the NYMEX trading floor. In order to insure orderly exercise procedures, no expiring option will be accepted for clearing after 2:30 P.M. on expiration day.
The follow are fees associated with the clearing of American-style Crude Oil Options on NYMEX ClearPort®: Member: $1.75
Trading Hours: NYMEX Trading Floor: 9:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. NYMEX ClearPort®: From 6:00 PM Sundays through 5:15 PM Fridays, Eastern Time, with a 45-minute break each day between 5:15 PM and 6:00 PM. |
