Listing Ten New Diesel Swaps Contracts on NYMEX ClearPort

Beginning on Sunday evening, February 25 (for trade date Monday, February 26), the Exchange will list ten new diesel swaps futures contracts on NYMEX ClearPort®. The first listed month will be the March 2007 contract month. The ten new swaps are as follows:

The minimum tick size is $0.0001 per gallon for the six contracts of 42,000 gallon size, and $0.01 per barrel for the four crack spread contracts of 1000 barrel size. All ten new contracts are cash settled. These 10 new contracts will be available for clearing and trading until the last business day of the contract month. These new contracts will be listed for 36 consecutive months on a rolling basis. The chapters containing the terms and condition product specification rules for each of the new futures contracts are available in the Exchange's online rulebook.

These new futures contracts will be listed both on NYMEX ClearPort® Trading (CPT) and on NYMEX ClearPort® Clearing (CPC), beginning with the start of the NYMEX ClearPort® trading session at 6:00 PM (New York time) on Sunday, February 25, 2007. Each of these new futures contracts will be available during the normal trading hours on NYMEX ClearPort® Trading.
