Housekeeping Amendment– Deletion of COMEX Rule 104.37A, Concurrent Futures Positions
The processing and clearing of both COMEX and NYMEX Division transactions are governed by Rules contained in Chapter 9 of the NYMEX Rulebook. COMEX Rule 104.37A, Concurrent Futures Positions, had inadvertently not been deleted when Clearing procedures and rules were previously amended. As such, COMEX Division Rule 104.37A is deleted effective September 28, 2007.
