COPPER WAREHOUSE RATE CHANGES – Utah Commodity Storage/Arizona Commodity Storage
Utah Commodity Storage, Inc. and Arizona Commodity Storage, Inc., New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. ("Exchange") Licensed Warehouses for the storage and handling of copper deliverable against the Exchange’s Copper Futures Contract, have submitted to the Exchange the following labor rate charges. These new rates will become effective on December 3, 2007 and are the maximum amount of fees that will be charged. Labor Rate: A charge of $50.00 per forklift hour will be assessed whenever a carrier fails to arrive within one hour of the scheduled time or fails to arrive at all without giving adequate notice to the warehouse. This rate does not apply to extended dock hours, additional forklift operators nor other special arrangements made with the shipper, which will be negotiated on a case by case basis. All previously published charges remain unchanged.
